  • EmpowerU Signature 3 x 3 x 3 Training Programs

    These programs represent the flagship foundation of the EmpowerU team approach. These inclusive tracks begin with an individual assessment of each participant to create a unique experience customized to ensure the intended outcome is met.

    Each of the 3 phases are separated into 3 unique levels with each segment being introduced by in-person training. Within each segment, professional coaches will create a unique curriculum for each participant based on that person’s strengths and opportunities based on an extensive prework assessment evaluating individual’s competencies as well as organizational objectives.

    This approach creates a specific and personalized training experience for each participant and/or team to create the most effective outcomes.

    *A discount of $1,000 per phase would be offered for the completion of all 3 levels within each track in any of the above Signature programs. These fees are all inclusive, except for any client incurred cost such as lodging, meals, etc.

    Individual levels within each phase may be purchased for $2,500 / level. For example you may purchase “The Critical Impact of Culture” for $2,500.

  • EmpowerU seeks to be very flexible in its approach to training and development. We believe each opportunity begins with an assessment and or interview with the client to see what you are looking to accomplish. From there we can build custom tracks for individuals and/ or teams based on what you want to accomplish and the timeframes in which you seek to get it done.

    This can be done for individuals, a small group or your entire team. We are also open to working with like-minded organization to organize and host events to achieve a better value for all participants.

    Pricing will be determined based on the scope of work and will be agreed to at the inception of any program and is based on hourly rates as published on our pricing sheet.

  • You might want to plan a leadership or board retreat. Our skilled coaches will help identify your needs and create a tailored learning event to reach your goals. We leverage our personal experiences and network of coaches to ensure you get the value you expect. We can also help with location and conference arrangements, allowing you to focus on achieving results.

  • Retainer projects - Perhaps you have a temporary staff opening or are just looking to have some assistance in planning or executing opportunities such as sales meetings or team meetings. We can assist you in making it happen.
